A Glam Through It, each cranial prosthesis wig is custom-crafted with precision, love, and care. Due to the personalized nature of our wigs, all sales are final—no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a manufacturer defect is identified in store.
Terms of Return
- Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defects and must be initiated at the time of the fitting.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- The wig must not have been worn outside of the salon or home environment.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Reason
- We only accept returns for manufacturer defects (e.g. faulty construction, incorrect specifications).
- We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction with customizations, changes of mind, finances or damage caused by improper use or handling.
Return Process
To initiate a return ordered online:
- Notify us during your fitting appointment if you notice any concerns.
- If you're not present in person, email info@glamthroughit.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue with 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Refund Process
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Refunds are subject to evaluation by our quality control team and are not guaranteed until review is complete.
